Privacy Policy:

We value your privacy almost as much as we value a perfectly aged brie. Any info you share with us (like your contact details or order preferences) stays with us. We never sell your data—because that’s just not classy. 

Terms & Conditions:

 By using our website and services, you agree to our rules, pricing, and booking policies—because every great party needs a little structure! Basically, be cool, play fair, and let’s make unforgettable memories together!  

Food Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer:

 While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we work with a variety of ingredients, and cross-contamination is possible. We offer customized boards, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have severe allergies, please let us know in advance! 

Alcohol Service Policy:

We proudly serve responsibly! Our bartenders follow all local liquor laws, and will card everyone who looks under 100, (ID required—no exceptions!). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who’s had one too many. Drink responsibly, and let’s keep the good vibes flowing! 

NOTE: We do not provide alcohol; clients must supply their own per state laws. 

Delivery & Setup:

 We’ll arrive at the agreed-upon time to set up your stunning spread! But remember, we cannot leave perishable items unattended—so make sure someone is available to receive the order (and maybe sneak a quick taste). 

Photography & Marketing - Say Cheese!

We love capturing beautiful boards and festive moments! By booking with us, you agree that we may share photos of our setups (but never personal or private moments without consent). If you prefer no photos, just let us know! 

Breakage & Damage Policy – Handle with Care!

If we provide rental boards, glassware, or décor, please treat them with love! If anything comes back broken, missing, or looking like it went on an adventure, fees may apply. 

Force Majeure – When Mother Nature Crashes the Party!

 The Poconos are beautiful, but let’s be real—Mother Nature loves to keep us on our toes. From surprise snowstorms to power outages (or the occasional deer deciding your event is the place to be), things happen! If extreme weather or unexpected events throw a wrench in your plans, we’ll do our best to reschedule or issue refunds where possible. We can create the perfect charcuterie board, but stopping a blizzard? Not even our best cheese knife can cut through that one!  

Intellectual Property:

 We’re all about sharing good times, but not our intellectual property. Our branding, photos, and content are as uniquely crafted as our signature cocktails—one of a kind and made with love!

Rescheduling Policy:

The Party Goes On With Flexibility For Life’s Unexpected Twists!

 We know that sometimes plans change! If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Below is our rescheduling policy based on event size: 

Small Events

  •  Notice Required: At least 5 days before the event.
  • Rescheduling Fee: No fee if rescheduled with proper notice. A 15% fee applies if rescheduled within 4 days.
  • Last-Minute Reschedules (48 hours or less): Subject to a 30% rescheduling fee due to perishable ingredients and prep time.

Medium Events

  •  Notice Required: At least 10 days before the event.
  • Rescheduling Fee: No fee if rescheduled with proper notice. A 20% fee applies if rescheduled within 9 days.
  • Last-Minute Reschedules (72 hours or less): Subject to a 40% rescheduling fee due to supply orders and labor costs.

Large Events

  •  Notice Required: At least 14 days before the event.
  • Rescheduling Fee: No fee if rescheduled with proper notice. A 25% fee applies if rescheduled within 13 days.
  • Last-Minute Reschedules (5 days or less): Subject to a 50% rescheduling fee due to large-scale preparation and perishable items.


Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Small Events

 Because Even Good Times Have Guidelines! 

Medium Events

Large Events

  • If Client cancels more than 60 (sixty) days before the event, they will forfeit the deposit but owe no additional fees.
  • If Client cancels within 31-59 (thirty-one to fifty-nine) days of the event, they will forfeit the deposit and are responsible for 50% (fifty percent) of the total cost.
  • If Client cancels within 30 (thirty) days of the event, they will forfeit the deposit and absolutely no refund will be given.
  • If Caterer cancels, a full refund will be issued to Client.

Large Events

We understand that plans can change, but due to the preparation, staffing, and ingredients required for large events, the following cancellation policy applies: 

 More than 60 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, but no additional fees will be owed. 

 31-59 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, and the client is responsible for 50% of the total event cost.
