 Cheese & Cheers! is a mobile charcuterie and bartending business serving the Poconos, specializing in beautifully crafted Grazing Boards and expert bartending services for all types of events. 

 We primarily serve the Poconos region, and Central/Northern New Jersey, but we may be able to accommodate events outside this area. Contact us for details! 

 While all three options offer an assortment of delicious snacks and bites, there are a few key differences:

• Grazing Box = Personal or small-group servings, portable, easy to take anywhere.
• Grazing Board = Medium sized events, Boards serve up to 4 people each.
• Grazing Table = Larger, visually stunning, shared experience, perfect for group gatherings.

 We offer a variety of Boxes and Boards, including classic charcuterie, brunch 

Boards, seasonal Boards, dessert Boards, and custom options to fit your event theme. 

 Our Boards come in different sizes, typically serving anywhere from single-serve Boxes to small (2-4 people) to medium (20+ Guest) Grazing Tables, to large (50+ Guest) Grazing Tables. Custom sizing is also available!

 Yes! We can create vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, or other specialized boards upon request. 

 We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard boards and 4-8 weeks in advance for medium-sized events or Grazing Tables, and 3-6 months in advance for large events and gatherings. 

 We provide professional bartenders (in sophisticated attire), custom cocktail menus, bar tools, mixers, garnishes, and more! You provide the alcohol, and we handle the rest. 

 Yes! We are fully insured and operate in compliance with all state and local regulations. 

 Absolutely! We love crafting personalized cocktails that match your theme and taste preferences. 

Per state law, we do not provide alcohol, but we can assist with recommendations and quantities. We include disposable glassware, and we also offer traditional glassware rental for an additional fee.
